Q. What is the best way to contact Ink'N'Stitch with questions or to place an order?
A. You can find all of our contact information on the "Contact Us" page of the site.  Email or phone are both great ways to get in touch with us.  If you are looking for a quote and have some time, email (info@inknstitch.com) would be preferred and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.  If you have an urgent need or just prefer a more personal interaction, you can call us anytime at the office (940-683-2314).

Q. What is the minimum size for an order?
A. For screen printing, the minimum quantity for an order is 12.  For promotional products, minimums vary greatly depending on the product, so contact us with what you are looking for and we'll get you the minimum required.  For embroidery, rhinestone, signs or heat press (excellent alternative to screen printing when dealing with lower quantities), there are no minimums, but understand that quantity goes a long way in determining pricing.

Q. What determines the pricing for my order?
A. That's the million dollar question, and there are different variables for each of the services that we provide. With that in mind, we'll break this down by service/product:
The first piece of pricing for any of our products/services is the item being customized. The possibilites are unlimited.
  • Screen Printing - price is most directly impacted by the quantity of items in your order and the number of colors and locations being printed.  Artwork fees can also be a factor in screen printing orders. This varies based on the complexity of the design.
  • Embroidery - price is most directly impacted by the stitch count of your design/artwork. With embroidery, you will generally have to pay a digitization fee up front, which is required to convert your artwork into a format that can be used by the embroidery machines.
  • Promotional Products - price is most directly impacted by the product that you are customizing and the quantity.
  • Signs, Decals and Vinyl Lettering - price is most directly impacted by the size of your design and the number of colors of vinyl being used. Installation fees can also apply to signs, decals and vinyl lettering.

Q. What format do you need my artwork in?
A. We can work with anything, but we prefer artwork in a vector format (.ai, .cdr, .eps).  This allows us to easily manipulate the artwork for any of the services that we offer. With that being said, if all you have is a sketch on a dirty napkin, get it to us and let our graphic artist turn your idea into a professional logo or design.
