What type of file can I submit?
We prefer file formats such as:
Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or (.eps) files.
Corel Draw
Photoshop

The preferred format is in vector (.eps). Make sure you create outlines for your fonts if you are submitting a vector file.

We also accept these type of files.
.JPG .GIF .BMP .TIFF, for these types of files please make sure you send us the highest resolution and largest size of your image (300 DPI or greater preferred). These types of files will incur longer prep times. The better the artwork you send the better the shirts will look. If your file type is not listed please send it anyways and we will do our best to work with that file. If we can't process your request we will contact you and find a solution.

Where do I send my artwork?
Artwork can be emailed to us at art@inknstitch.com. Please be sure to include your name & phone number with your email so we can reference your order.

You can also mail your logo to us on a CD, 3.5" disk or a hard copy.

Shipping
All orders will ship in 2 weeks or less. We are not responsible for shipping time. UPS does not work on weekends or holidays. Some orders spend up to 5 days riding around in UPS trucks. If you need your order sooner rush orders can be arranged, but they will cost you. Please understand that we want to get your order to you as soon as possible, but we have to fill the orders that are in front of you.

What is the minimum for printing or embroidery orders?
There is no minimums for screen printing or embroidery.

Does Size Matter?
When it comes to printing, size does not matter. Screen printing is charged by the number of colors in your logo. But for embroidery, size does matter. Embroidery is priced by the number of stitches in your logo. Embroidery is not charged by the number of colors in your logo. You can use up to 6 thread colors at no extra cost. A small left chest logo usually ranges anywhere from 4000 to 8000 Stitches.

Here are some estimated stitch counts for Embroidery.
Logo size 2 inches wide by 1.5 inches high = 5000 Stitches approx.
Logo size 3" by 1.5" = 6500 Stitches approx.
Logo size 2" by 3" = 7500 Stitches approx.
Logo size 3" by 3" = 9000 Stitches approx.
